Trick or Treat, just in time for my favorite holiday 👻. This release will bring out your inner child — getting back from a night of trick or treating with your friends and stuffing your face into your plastic pumpkin bucket filled with candy. This release opens with a blast of honey-dripped candy. The opening is a delicate balance between labdanum, jasmine sambac, and ylang ylang to highlight the red licorice candy in your bucket. As the sambac and ylang ylang start to fade, the labdanum exhibits a soft, fluffy, sweet cotton candy note. The blend of the heart notes and the labdanum, mainly the white ginger lily, brings about that sugary goodness. The French oakwood adds a slight booziness to the overall blend — neat, it’s almost like smelling an emptied whiskey barrel. Finally, in the base, the chamomile, vanilla, and tobacco add longevity to the blend and a slight darkness in the late dry down. This blend only has a touch of musk as well as some beautiful Thai oud. For this special release, bottles will be $195 shipped in the U.S. until Sunday 10.15.23 at 11:59pm EST, after which they will return to $230. This release is a microbatch of only 15 bottles, so they will all come with a complimentary pumpkin-themed floral cap.
