Lost Tribe Perfumes
Lola’s Pink Lemonana is the playful evolution of the original Lola’s Lemonana. Where the first release captured the sharp zest of lemon and the cool lift of mint, Pink Lemonana builds on that idea and softens it with a sweet strawberry pink lemonade. It’s a fragrance that keeps the base of the original but turns it into something smoother and more rounded, where fruit, citrus, and mint meet in harmony.
The concept behind Pink Lemonana was simple: to keep the refreshing, uplifting feeling of Lola’s Lemonana but infuse it with strawberries.
The top opens with a radiant strawberry accord that defines the identity of the perfume. It’s not candied or syrupy; it’s natural and alive, supported by strawberry gum, which gives the opening its distinct, juicy tone. The fruit is paired with a sharp citrus mix; pink grapefruit, bergamot, lime, orange, and cedrat, that keeps the sweetness in check. Together, they form the pink lemonade impression.
White ambergris rounds the top, giving the brightness an airy diffusion and subtle smoothness. It helps the fruit and citrus blend seamlessly, ensuring no note stands out too sharply. The balance of strawberry and citrus gives Pink Lemonana its recognizable signature.
As the opening settles, the heart takes over, bringing in spearmint, rose, blue lotus, gardenia, and blue cypress. The spearmint is crucial, keeping the freshness of the original alive while interacting beautifully with the strawberry top. It brings air and structure to the sweetness, ensuring that the perfume stays light and open rather than dense.
The rose and blue lotus add calmness and a soft floral tone, refining the blend without pulling it into a floral perfume direction. The gardenia sits quietly underneath, adding sourness and depth to the heart. Blue cypress brings a faint woody tone that prepares the scent for its transition into the base.
This middle phase is where Lola’s Pink Lemonana blossoms. The spearmint holds steady, its freshness woven into the fruit and florals. It gives the fragrance continuity; the mint from the heart feels like a cool thread that ties back to the citrus and strawberry at the top. The florals give just enough presence to create dimension, and the cypress adds a clean edge that prevents the blend from turning soft.
The base grounds everything with Papua oud, sandalwood, and Siberian musk. The Papua oud was used sparingly, not to make the scent heavy but to add that beautiful oud note. Sandalwood provides a creamy, natural warmth that balances the brightness of the top, while Siberian musk gives an animalic nature.
The drydown feels natural, the strawberry brightness fades into a quiet, smooth warmth with faint traces of mint and wood. The citrus remains visible, but in a softer, more diffused form, merging with the creamy wood base.
Though it shares its DNA with Lola’s Lemonana, the Pink Lemonana flanker stands apart through its strawberry pink nature. It’s smoother, rounder, and slightly more indulgent, trading sharp zest for berry sweetness. The strawberry and citrus sparkle at the top, while the mint keeps the structure tight.
